DRY NEEDLING
What Is Dry Needling?
Dry needling is a targeted treatment that uses fine, sterile needles to address tight, sensitive areas within muscles known as trigger points. It may be used as part of a broader treatment plan for muscular pain, stiffness, restricted movement and conditions such as neck pain, lower-back pain, headaches, shoulder discomfort and sporting injuries.

How Can Dry Needling Help?
Dry needling aims to reduce muscle tension, improve local movement and ease pain, helping the affected area function more comfortably. It can be particularly useful when tight or overactive muscles are contributing to symptoms. Treatment is tailored to the individual and is often combined with mobility work, strengthening exercises and chiropractic adjustments to support recovery and longer-term results.
