We are excited to announce that Dr. Luke will be participating in the 2025 Expedition with Hands On India, and we need your HELP to make it a success!

Hands On India is an Australian charity dedicated to supporting communities in West Bengal through various initiatives. Founded and operated by both chiropractors and non-chiropractors, their work focuses on women's empowerment, childhood education, and basic health education and support. The organization partners with a local Catholic NGO, emphasizing non-denominational assistance.

Women’s Empowerment:

Hands On India facilitates 243 women's groups across 92 villages, reaching over 3000 women. These groups encourage mutual support, provide education on accessing government services, offer financial support for micro-economic projects, and address issues such as domestic violence and substance abuse. Women are also educated on the importance of children's education.

Childhood Education:

The organization operates six primary schools for early education (Grade 1-4), enrolling 927 students in 2023. With nearly equal representation of female and male students, these schools offer quality education in safe environments. Hands On India ensures teacher retention and supports school infrastructure maintenance.

Health & Hygiene Clinics:

Hands On India established 24 health centers in 2021/22, targeting villages with significant needs. Each center serves four villages, focusing on 25 high-needs households in each village to address chronic illnesses, alcohol abuse, and domestic violence. These efforts impact approximately 12,000 high-needs individuals.

Nursing Scholarships:

The organization provides scholarships for five individuals annually to pursue nursing degrees. Graduates are encouraged to return to their villages to provide health support, benefiting their communities directly. Alternatively, they may secure jobs that contribute to the village's economic growth.

Health Camps:

Annually, a group of chiropractors and support personnel conduct health clinics in Siliguri, providing musculoskeletal care to villagers, especially tea-pickers and rock breakers. Participants are self-funded and raise additional funds to support Hands On India's other programs throughout the year.

Dr. Luke's Involvement:

Dr. Luke is set to be involved in the 2025 Expedition with Hands On India. To support this cause and its noble goals, fundraising efforts are essential. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of individuals in West Bengal, fostering empowerment, education, and improved health outcomes.

Thank you for your generosity.

Improve Your Mobility with Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Many people believe that mobility simply means being flexible. They stretch their hamstrings, loosen their shoulders, or try to touch their toes. While flexibility can be helpful, true mobility is something different . Mobility is your usable range of motion — the range you can actively control with strength and stability. At Naturally Well Chiropractic , we often work with patients who feel stiff, restricted, or limited in their movement. One of the most effective systems we use to improve joint function and mobility is functional range conditioning (FRC) . FRC is a science-based approach that focuses on improving joint health, expanding range of motion, and building strength at the edges of your mobility .
